A t\u00e1to predstava, navy\u0161e i re\u00e1lne funguje. Op\u00e4\u0165, nie je to \u00faplne dokonal\u00e9, preto\u017ee nejak\u00e9 tie obmedzenia nutn\u00e9 s\u00fa. Mus\u00edte jes\u0165 p\u00e4\u0165kr\u00e1t denne. Ani o jedno jedlo viac a ani menej. Okrem \u201epr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fdch\u201c jed\u00e1l, mus\u00edte jes\u0165 aj niektor\u00fa zeleninu (pozor, len niektor\u00fa). A ak nechcete, tak sa ani nemus\u00edte h\u00fdba\u0165, no s pohybom je to logicky omnoho efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie. Ketodiet by som skuto\u010dne poradila v\u0161etk\u00fdm v\u00e1m, ktor\u00e9 potrebujete svoju postavu da\u0165 do formy, teda nemus\u00edte chudn\u00fa\u0165 dvadsa\u0165 k\u00edl, ale len p\u00e4\u0165 \u010di tri.
